Santana Row Building 2Biggs Cardosa designed the 5-story mixed-use building at the corner of Stevens Creek Blvd. and Santana Row. The project consists of a five-story core and shell, mixed-use retail and office space with an adjacent three level Parking Garage. The building is comprised of approximately 15,000 sf of Premium Ground Floor Retail Space and 65,000 sf of Class-A Office Space on floors two through five. The building features a braced-frame lateral system that keeps most interior space and exterior façade obstruction-free; a large terrace at the second floor; and a cantilevered, double-skin curtain wall system designed to cut energy costs. With its many sustainable design features, this technologically advanced addition to Santana Row received LEED Gold Certification.
