South Bayfront Pedestrian Bicycle Bridge

South Bayfront Pedestrian Bicycle Bridge

The centerpiece of the South Bayfront Pedestrian Bridge project is a 230-foot long bicycle and pedestrian bridge over the Union Pacific Railroad tracks in the City of Emeryville. The project includes design of the main bridge structure, access ramps, stairs, and landscaping, as well as community outreach, stakeholder coordination and permitting for all elements of the project. Biggs Cardosa is the prime consultant responsible for the project management, structural design and coordination of all other subconsultants.  Rendering courtesy of HNTB.
