Anthony Richardson, PE

ASSOCIATE

Anthony Richardson has over 25 years of experience as a structural engineer. He currently manages Biggs Cardosa’s Oakland office, and he has been with the firm for over 20 years. Anthony has extensive experience with a wide range of structures including bridges, tunnels, buildings, and earth retaining structures. Anthony’s projects have received numerous awards, including two ACEC California Golden State award winners in 2018 and 2020. Anthony is registered as a Professional (Civil) Engineer in the State of California and the State of Washington and is a Chartered (Civil) Engineer (CEng) in the United Kingdom.
