Seeking IT Specialist for a long-term full-time position. The successful candidate will coordinate between the company and external vendors and contractors about IT-related infrastructure, develop potential fixes and improvements, and consult with company management on issues, potential fixes, and efficiency controls. We’re looking for a responsive, highly productive professional who can work with employees and vendors to ensure continued success.

IT Responsibilities include
- • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
- • Responsible for responding in a timely manner to employees’ service issues and requests.
- • Assess infrastructure on a regular basis to ensure it continues to meet necessary demands and report findings to management.
- • Offer suggestions for possible upgrades and changes within the IT department.
- • Develop new strategies and IT procedures to increase efficiency, enhance workflow and improve employee productivity.
- • Coordinate with IT vendors and contractors.
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field required. Experience in a professional engineering services company a plus.
Seeking HR/Office Manager for a long-term full-time position. The successful candidate will oversee our HR policies, employee benefits, hiring, employee relations, compliance, and oversee general office management. We’re looking for a responsive, highly productive professional who can work with employees and vendors to ensure continued success.

HR Responsibilities would include
- • Oversee and maintain employee benefits and insurance
- • Recruitment and Staffing Support
- • On-board and train new employees
- • Maintain and manage employee records
- • Perform any required off-boarding and exit interviews
- • Implement company culture, values and policies
- • Manage staff responsible for company sponsored employee events
- • Manage and oversee employee policies
- • Assure Labor/Employment Law and Legal Compliance
- • Participate in investigation and guidance for disciplinary actions
Office Manager Responsibilities:
- • Coordinate daily needs of employees
- • Interface with facilities, utilities and service providers for all offices
- • General admin support, as needed by corporate managers and office managers
- • Supervise and manage small administrative/HR staff
Bachelor's degree in Management, Human Resources, or related field. HR or related experience with at least 2 years of leadership experience, preferably with experience in A/E/C industry and/or similar size company of 100+ employees in multiple offices throughout California. SHRM certification is a plus.
