Roy Schnabel, PE
MANAGING PRINCIPAL

Roy began his engineering career at Biggs Cardosa in 1987. He has a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from Santa Clara University. Roy has a wealth of experience in structural engineering and project management with an emphasis on transportation and infrastructure projects. In addition to his project management and structural engineering design expertise, Roy has provided company leadership over the past 30+ years and was promoted to Principal in 2001. Roy’s expanded role as Managing Principal continues to strengthen the firm’s goals and direction shared by all our management staff.

Roy is registered as a Professional (Civil) Engineer in the State of California.
