Eric Pheifer, PE
PRINCIPAL

Eric has been with Biggs Cardosa since 2013. He has a B.S. in Civil Engineering and an M.S. in Structural Engineering from Tufts University. Eric has a variety of experience in the design of bridge structures, including railroad, roadway, and pedestrian bridges. Eric’s experience also includes design and analysis of specialized structures, including design of arch bridges, movable bridges, truss bridges, and bridges constructed using Accelerated Bridge Construction techniques. Along with design and management responsibilities, Eric is also responsible for the production of Biggs Cardosa’s design visualizations, including renderings, animations, and other interactive content. Eric’s diverse range of experience has contributed to his success in leading and delivering complex, multi-disciplinary projects. Eric was named one of ENR California's 2023 Top Young Professionals in the northwest region.
