Park 20th Affordable HousingBiggs Cardosa was responsible for the structural design of this 55 unit, $7.2 million multi-family affordable rental housing development. Located on approximately 0.83 acres of vacant land adjacent to Mill Creek Park, Park 20th features 55 one bedroom rental homes, with 42 units set aside for homeless or disabled veterans and 13 units for households earning 50% of AMI or less.
