Mahvash Harms, PE, SE
PRINCIPAL

Mahvash has over 35 years of project management and structural engineering experience. She oversees Biggs Cardosa’s San Francisco and Oakland offices, as well as large teams of bridge and building engineers in the San Jose office. Mahvash has B.S. and M.S. degrees in Civil Engineering from San Jose State University. Mahvash’s project management and design expertise include many multi-disciplinary building and bridge projects for numerous public agencies and private clients throughout California.  Since joining Biggs Cardosa over 20 years ago, Mahvash has led the design of major building and transportation related projects, including many award-winning projects.

Mahvash is registered as a Professional (Civil) and Structural Engineer in the State of California.
