Alexis Townhomes

Biggs Cardosa performed the structural design for a 3-story multi-unit condominium structure. The 60-unit project totals approximately 130,000 sf. The building is wood-framed at the three residential floors atop a post-tensioned concrete podium slab with ground floor parking below. Alexis combines superb urban location with relaxed resort-style living. Indoor and outdoor amenities include a private community recreation center with a fully equipped gym and multi-use hall. In addition, the building features a rooftop sundeck with a cooking pavilion and fireplace.
