Kathleen Dillon, PE, SE
PRINCIPAL

Kathleen joined Biggs Cardosa in 1986 as one of the first employees of the company. She has a B.S. in Architectural Engineering from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo. During her time at Biggs Cardosa, Kathleen has successfully led design teams for a variety of new design and seismic renovation projects involving challenging engineering, management and construction issues. Project types include manufacturing facilities, theaters, historic building retrofits, municipal buildings and high density mixed-use commercial/residential structures. Her clients include developers, architects, builders and public agencies.  She places great emphasis on responsiveness, quality control and client satisfaction, which has led to long-standing relationships in the design and construction community.

Kathleen is registered as a Professional (Civil) and Structural Engineer in the State of California.
